Consistency of weld quality is extremely difficult when fabricating PE100 Fittings from Pipe. Ritmo Welding of Italy have recently commissioned an Alfa 630T CNC fittings fabrication machine in our Swan Hill facility. With a cost well over twice that of similar machines commonly acquired from China, this machine offers superior interface alignment + CNC control over the weld cycle and fusion pressure ramp - this guarantees consistent quality of every fusion cycle and minimises de-ration to as low as 0.8 x PN.
